What is AGREE?
 
AGREE is a Real Estate Marketing group focused on identifying and implimenting creative means to facilitate transactions.  The group's focus includes understanding clients' needs through counseling, identifying alternative opportunities to satisfy thier needs efficiently.  Techniques include exchanging property and satisfying financial aspects with commercial and private mortgages and notes.

Last month, during our After-Lunch Discussion, we explored how to "Sell the Unsellable".  Members and guests brought their “problem properties” that had a motivated/flexible sellers and the AGREE team helped come up with solutions to move the inventory! 

 

  Please plan to attend the special After-Lunch Discussion ~ Each month, AGREE features informal educational discussions on various topics.  Some of the most recent discussions have been on The Benefits of Counseling, Go Zone Tax Credit Opportunities, Brownfield Issues and more.

 AGREE's monthly Marketing Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Holiday Inn Select - Perimeter Dunwoody located at:
4386 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Atlanta 30341 (770.457.6363).
