AGREE Membership Benefits
A Monthly Marketing Meeting for licensed real estate brokers and salespersons. During the marketing session participants make detailed presentations on specific clients or properties they control exclusively, that are available for purchase, lease or exchange. Facilitators assist in bringing out information about the owner’s motivations that might help create an acceptable offer for the property. Members often help each other find creative solutions to solving their clients’ problems. In addition, all attendees may offer “quick pitches” about properties they have or want, that will help meet their clients’ commercial and investment real estate needs. The marketing session typically includes a speaker on a topic of interest to real estate professionals engaged in commercial and investment real estate, and includes lunch. All attendees are encouraged to bring about 40 flyers on each of their properties.
Periodic 3-hour Continuing Education Seminars are offered to the members at No Additional Cost. These seminars can be used to fulfill continuing education requirements of the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
Periodic One or Two-day Seminars of interest to the commercial and investment real estate community, with regard to Counseling, Exchanging, Creative Formulas, etc. are offered at a Reduced Cost to members. These seminars can be used to fulfill continuing education requirements of the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Membership Information
2009 Membership Dues - AGREE's Stimulus Plan
Membership dues for 2009 have been reduced to $99 for those who have a real estate license (licenses will be verified). For those working in a real estate affiliated business and do not have a real estate license, dues are $250. Membership will be active from the month you pay your dues and will be valid for 12 months.
Affiliate Membership
Affiliate membership is upon approval by the Board of Directors.
